A special Valentine’s Day treat for you and your’s! A luscious, healthy Berry Delicious Smoothie

Treat yourself and your special someone to this lovey-dovey luscious and healthy smoothie, bursting with anti-oxidants…it is sure to add that extra pizzaz to your day!
1 cup Acai berry juice
1 cup strawberries, hulled
½ cup raspberries or blue berries
1 banana, sliced
2 Tbsp. Hemp hearts or choice of protein powde
Method:
Place everything in a blender and whisk to a smooth puree. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
Note: If you are not a morning smoothie person, then freeze individual portions in heart-shaped cupcake moulds, and you can serve them for dessert with a dollop of Greek yogurt (or ice cream) with a chocolate drizzle.
For chocolate drizzle: place ¼ cup of dark chocolate wafers in a bowl with 1 tsp. of milk, and melt in a double-boiler or microwave for 10 seconds.
