Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

2 lbs (900g) chicken wings (wing tips removed and wings split)
1/4 cup (60ml) honey
1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) pinapple juice
1 to 2 tbsp (15-30ml) VE Oriental stir fry
1/4 tsp (1.25ml) VE Chinese Five Spices
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions:

  1. Wisk together honey, soy sauce, pineapple juice, VE spices and crushed garlic.
  2. Pour honey garlic marinade over wings in oven proof dish.
  3. Bake at 400f (205c) for 20 min.
  4. Turn wings over and continue cooking for an additional 20 min.
Note: This marinade may be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month. Use in stir-fries or on Asian noodles.
