| Moroccan Rice |

Ingredients:
1 cup Wild rice, cooked
Instructions:
Mix rice mixture with:
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. VE 3-onion & tsp. VE mint
1 tsp. VE Moroccan spice
1/4 cup cranberries
1 tsp. orange rind.
Garnish with toasted raisins & almonds.

| Moroccan Vegetable Stew |
Ingredients:
Turnips
Rutabaga
Yams
Eggplant
Zucchini
Tomato
Garlic
Instructions:
- Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces toss with olive oil and VE oven roast and VE Moroccan spice.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 min.
